- Application refers to "SJP - Slow Jogging Pace", the software program provided by the Company.

- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
To enable cloud synchronization and provide a personalized experience, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information. This information is stored securely and may include, but is not limited to:
- Identity & Authentication Information: Email address and User ID (provided via Google or Apple Sign-In).
- Health & Fitness Information: Your personal weight, which is used solely for the purpose of estimating calories burned during activities.
- Physical Activity & Sensor Data: We collect step counts by accessing your device's hardware sensors. This includes raw sensor data which is processed into derived data to form your personal exercise training records.
Android Permissions Disclosure
To provide core features, the Application requires access to specific system permissions:
- Physical Activity Recognition (android.permission.ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION): This permission is required to read your device's step sensors. It allows the App to provide real-time step feedback during your jogging sessions, helping you match your target cadence. If you continue to use the metronome while the screen is off or while using other apps, the Application may continue to access this data in the background to ensure continuous and accurate exercise statistics. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's system settings.
Usage Data & App Activity
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This includes:
- App Activity: Your running records and cadence data are collected to provide you with a historical log of your activities and for backup purposes.
- App Settings: Your preferences and settings within the Application.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic information to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the stability and improvement of Our Service. This data is collected anonymously.
Purpose of Data Collection
The Company uses collected data for the following purposes:
- To Provide Core Functionality & Performance Analysis: We collect physical activity data specifically to implement the "Real-time Cadence Matching" feature. This data is used to generate statistical charts and calculate estimated calorie burn to help you track your progress. We do not use this data for any purposes unrelated to providing the exercise features of the App.
- To Provide and Maintain our Service: Including enabling cloud backup, data synchronization across your devices, and tracking your historical activity.
- To Personalize Your Experience: Calculating estimated calories burned based on the weight you provide.
- To Improve Our Service: Analyzing crash logs and usage patterns to fix bugs, improve stability, and develop new features.
- To Manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
Third-Party Services Disclosure
We use third-party services to provide and improve our application. These services have their own privacy policies.
- Firebase (by Google): We use Firebase for database storage (Firestore), user authentication (Google/Apple Sign-In), and crash reporting (Crashlytics). You can review Google's Privacy Policy here.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain Your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated Personal Data will be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data deletion policy.
Delete Your Personal Data & Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of Your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this through two methods:
- In-App Feature: Use the "Delete Account" feature provided within the Application's settings menu. This will initiate the permanent deletion of your account and all related data from our systems.
- By Email: You can send a request to us by email. Please contact us at mozstudio2023@gmail.com to request account deletion.
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your Personal Data from our production servers. Please note that it may take a short period for this data to be completely removed from all our systems.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We may disclose your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Third-Party Sharing Restrictions
We strictly prohibit the sale or sharing of your physical activity sensor data with third parties, including advertisers, data brokers, or any other third-party organizations. All sensor data is processed locally on your device to ensure privacy. This data leaves your device only if you explicitly enable cloud backup or synchronization features (e.g., via Firebase) for your own personal use.
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Other legal requirements
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, including storing it on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Firebase. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
